Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Orque Markets, operated by ACG (acg.foundation), handles personal data. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and, for users in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Where these laws differ, we apply the one that protects you most.

1. Data we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, payment data (handled by Whop, our payment processor; we never store card details), how you use the student area, and cookies.

When you pay, Whop processes your payment as payment processor. Whop is responsible for the payment data it collects under its own privacy policy, and shares order details with us (such as your name, email, what you bought and payment status) so we can give you access.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the course, provide support, send you messages about your account, issue invoices, improve the product and, with your consent, measure and target ads.

3. Legal bases

Performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations, depending on the purpose.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with providers we need to run the service: payment processing, email, hosting and, with consent, advertising tools. Some of them process data outside your country. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law accepts, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Students can download or delete their data in My Account → Privacy. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium or the FDPIC in Switzerland.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as the purposes and our legal obligations (such as tax records) require, with access controls and encryption in transit.

7. Cookies

We use necessary storage and cookies (login, security and your consent choice). The one optional tracker is the Whop Pixel, which measures which of our ads bring people here. It is off by default and only runs if you click Accept in the cookie banner; a Global Privacy Control signal counts as a decline. If you accept, it records page views, browser and device details, approximate location and the page or ad that brought you, plus when you view the pricing or course pages and when you click to email us. When you sign up for the free mini-course or send the contact form, your name and email are included, so the ad platforms we use (for example Meta, Google or TikTok) can tell whether one of their ads brought you. Whop handles this data under its own privacy policy. One exception: when we test our own setup from the Whop dashboard, Whop opens the site with a one-time whop_verify link, and in that tab only, for at most 10 minutes, the pixel loads without asking. 8. Children

The platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
